RGIPT’s MBA in Energy Transition Management is proposed for working professionals to build managerial capability for the evolving energy sector. The programme is designed to run primarily in online mode, with hybrid delivery supported by short on-campus immersion each semester.

Program Highlights

The programme focuses on energy consumption trends, future energy resources, energy economics and climate issues resulting from a carbon-based energy basket. The curriculum is industry-aligned, project-based and designed to support hands-on learning.

Delivery & Exit Options

The programme is delivered in a hybrid model: online learning supported by short in-person campus immersion each semester. Multiple entry-exit options are available as per NEP 2020.

*Hybrid course delivery with ~2 weeks campus stay per semester
*Certificate option: 6 months
*Diploma option: 1 year
*Degree option: 2 years

Eligibility

Eligibility is designed for working professionals. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates should have Mathematics at 10th and be currently working (industry professionals / government functionaries / sponsored candidates as applicable).

*Mathematics at 10th level
*Bachelor’s degree: 50% (45% for SC/ST/PH) or CPI 5.00 (4.50 for SC/ST/PH)
*Currently working: minimum level Asst. Manager (or equivalent) / Govt pay matrix level 10 (or equivalent)
*No age limit
